In 2014, I moved from New Orleans to Los Angeles. I came to presue my dream of getting a food truck/restaurant etc. Ended up starting the Got Damn Sauce and was hell bent on finding how to put people on them. One day I met someone who never had a Po Boy. I offered to make my favorite, which is an fried Oyster with Bacon and Cheddar. It went over so well that I was challenged to come up with an entire menu so I did. I wanted to add my love for the Los Angeles Lakers to the mix so then I decided to name everything we create after the LAker greats, and with that Lore you can find us too as we will be the Lakeshow in food form.
